Testing Facilities Information & Forms:

Exam Fees: $50 for one exam or $85 for 2 exams taken in a single session

Practice Exams:

Practice tests can be ordered from Promissor using the order form in your Candidate Handbook (view) , by calling Promissor Marketing Services @ 800.618.2565, or by clicking here you can go directly to the Promissor online practice exams. Otherwise, you can order a Life / Health textbook and CD package directly from our school by clicking here to go directly to our documents page and selecting the correct form.
